Mission
Operating from a student-centered philosophy, the Division of Enrollment and Retention supports students throughout their lifecycle at SOU – from prospective student to successful graduate. Our programs and services promote student success, intellectual growth and responsible global citizenship, sustainability, and inclusiveness and help our students in the achievement of their academic, personal, and professional goals. To achieve this mission, we strategically focus on enrollment management, engagement, diversity, student development, and operational efficiency.
