Keeley Kirkendall has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, delivering both debt and equity for over $4 billion of real estate business nationwide. He recently served as Executive Vice President, in charge of Affordable Housing origination for ARCS Commercial Mortgage, which was then purchased by PNC Bank. Keeley was hired to rebuild the Affordable Housing Division within ARCS, after a mass exodus of staff occurred.
Prior to this, Keeley was President of Edison Capital Housing Investments (ECHI), managing new acquisitions as well as their $1.2 billion national investment portfolio of multifamily properties. Keeley has served as Senior Vice President and National Manager of the Affordable Housing Group of Bank of America Corporation, where he created and managed that Affordable Housing Group through 13 offices nationwide. Prior to that, Keeley was CFO for various divisions within Bank of America over a ten-year period.
He is currently chair of the Affordable & Workforce Housing Council within Urban Land Institute (ULI), plus he has been a guest lecturer for the University of California, Berkeley and USC, MBA programs. Keeley is currently serving as Board President for the Science Works, Ashland, Oregon. He has an MBA in Finance and a BS in Chemical Engineering.
