Manage your business so it doesn't manage you.
The nine-month Small Business Management program is a combination of classroom instruction and on-site practical advising built to specifically improve your business operation.
This course is intended for businesses that have been in operation for more than a year and are working on growing and improving their profitability. Content includes the following:
* Managing finances
* Motivating and retaining employees
* Building profits into daily operations
* Using technology to build profitability
* Successful marketing strategies
SBM participants meet once a month. The cohort includes other small business owners in a non-competitive environment. Only two participants per business may attend. Each class covers a topic presented by the instructor and guest speakers. Classes will also include creative "brainstorming" and group problem solving. Each business will receive two hours of on-site advising by the SBM instructor for each classroom session. These visits will focus on the month's topic and incorporating best practices into the business.
Classes start October 17, 2018 at the SOU/RCC Higher Education Building, Medford, from 6:00-9:00 PM. Class size is limited to provide the highest quality of individual attention for each participant.
It's time to Focus. Concentrate. Achieve. It's time for SBM.
