2019 Service Center Survey is live!

As an ongoing process to support the Service Center mission and to implement procedures that add benefit to the campus, an annual survey is sent to Southern Oregon University staff and faculty.  This survey affords  the campus community a means of giving the Service Center feedback on services provided.  Below is a link to the PDF version of the most recent survey.  As always, the Service Center is open to constructive feedback at anytime.
