The Sociology and Anthropology faculty think of advising as a vital part of their teaching. We are committed to mentoring our students to help them succeed personally and professionally. Sociology and Anthropology students will be matched with an advisor based on their major areas of interest. Students are encouraged to select their own advisor, change advisors, or consult with other faculty members whenever they feel it is appropriate. Sociology and Anthropology faculty are available for advising during their office hours or by making an appointment. New Sociology and Anthropology majors please contact Echo Fields, (541) 552-6599 or firstname.lastname@example.org for your first advising appointment.
