2016/2017 Scholarship Calculator**

The Scholarship Calculator displays any merit-based awards that students will be automatically considered for upon admission to SOU. Applications received after the February 15th priority application deadline will be considered for awards based on availability.

We also encourage all students to submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and the SOSA (Southern Online Scholarship Application) to maximize scholarship opportunities.

**Scholarships are calculated and awarded based on the post-March 2016 SAT scoring system, using the combined score of the Evidence-Based Reading & Writing + Math sections. SAT tests taken in March 2016 or before will be converted to post-March 2016 test scores (see College Board's concordance tables, page 4), prior to scholarship consideration.
