The SOU BankMobile Card is your official SOU ID card, and all campus services (e.g. Library, Health & Wellness Center, Payroll, Enrollment Services, etc.) expect you to carry the card for identification purposes.
With this multifunction student identification card you choose the way your refunds are delivered.
Two options are available to you:
- Electronic Deposit to another account
- Electronic Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account (accessible through the SOU OneCard)
Your SOU BankMobile card is sent to you by mail. Once you receive your SOU BankMobile card, you must visit SOUOne.com to select a refund preference. Activation is required to access many campus services and to obtain financial aid refunds from the university. To avoid any delays in campus services, it is important to set up your card immediately after it arrives in the mail.
