The Southern Oregon men's and women's basketball teams open up Cascade Conference play at home this weekend with a pair of doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday at Ashland High.

The Raiders host Eastern Oregon on Saturday and College of Idaho on Sunday, with the women's games at 4 p.m. and the men's games at 6 p.m. both days.

Saturday will feature a Top 25 matchup in the women's game as Eastern Oregon is ranked 8th in the Nation and SOU comes in at 12th. Sunday's men's game will also feature at Top 25 matchup as College of Idaho is ranked seventh and the SOU men are ranked 13th.

A reminder that tickets are FREE for SOU students and SOU faculty/staff. We are not doing passes this year for faculty/staff. To get your free ticket, show your SOU ID at the ticket window.


Watching SOU Football In NAIA Semifinals

The fifth-ranked SOU football team travels second-ranked Reinhardt Saturday in the NAIA Quarterfinals. Kickoff is set for 10:30 a.m. on the West Coast.

NRHH Pancake Feed

Need a break from all that studying for finals? Come join us in The Hawk at 10pm TODAY, November 29th for FREE all you can eat pancakes! All SOU students are welcome! Bring a non-perishable food item to skip the line. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available. SOU student ID cards are required to enter the event.

SOU Connect Event Request Form Closed 12/8-12-15

The ability to submit an event request on SOU Connect will be down across campus Friday 12/8 to Friday 12/15 for maintenance. Any event request pending in the system will be closed the morning of 12/8. Save the Date! Raider Alternative Spring and Summer Breaks

Raider Alternative Breaks is looking for actively engaged citizens to join our Spring and Summer alternative service-learning trips! Applications open soon, so be on the lookout. 

There will be two Spring break opportunities, March 25th-31st  to work in different parts of the western United States. The exact type of service TBD. Keep an eye out for applications at the beginning of Winter term. Applications will be open January 8th-24th.  

Summer break applications to work on Rural Education in Nicaragua June 18th-30th, will be open from January 24th- February 14th.
