Mark Mezadourian directed the Palo Alto Players' production of Garson Kanin's Born Yesterday (2004). In 2003, he directed Hillbarn Theatre's production of Mister Roberts, the musical The Last Five Years at the Oregon Cabaret Theatre, and Oregon Stage Works' production of Eric Bentley's Are You Now or Have You Ever Been...
Mezadourian directed Waves (2002) by Torange Yeghiazarian at the Golden Thread Productions. He was the assistant director of Kaufman and Ferber's The Royal Family at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
At SOU, Mezadourian directed Tony Kushner's A Bright Room Called Day (1996) and Steve Martin's Picasso at the Lapin Agile (1999). For the Los Altos Conservatory Theatre, he directed Bullshot Crummond and Kaufman and Hart's George Washington Slept Here in the early 1990s.
He also spent several seasons as a production assistant and member of the stage management team at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
