As we are in Flu Season, please keep these tips, signs, and care instructions in mind.
The Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC) provides access to a wide range of health services including primary medical care, mental health care, preventive services and campus-wide health promotion. We are here to help SOU students to be the best they can be during their college career.
All SOU students are eligible to access medical and mental health services at the SHWC. SOU students do not need insurance to be seen at the SHWC.

Monday: 8am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: 8am - 5pm
The center is closed for clinical services during winter break, spring break, and from the end of summer session until the start of fall term. Part-time hours of service are provided during summer sessions.

Appointment or Walk-In
We strongly recommend that students schedule appointments. Students who walk in without an appointment will be triaged. Non-urgent walk-ins may be scheduled for another day. Students without appointments may have longer wait times. To make an appointment please call 541-552-6136.
