IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL UPDATE - EFFECTIVE MONDAY, MARCH 30:
Raider Student Services (formerly known as the Enrollment Services Center) will be closed to all walk-in traffic until further notice. Our phone and email hours will remain the same – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays.
From June 14 - September 19, we will be closed on Fridays, with the exception of Raider Registration events (6/26, 7/10, 7/17, and 8/7). Our phone and email hours will remain the same - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
Our staff is still here to support you!
If you need to come into the office to make a cash payment or for another need that absolutely can’t be accomplished remotely, please call or email us to set up an appointment. If you email to set up a time, please include at least 3 times you would be available and are at least 2 business days out. We will confirm your appointment within 24 business hours.
If you would like to chat with Raider Student Services face-to-face, we are offering web meetings via Zoom/Google Hangouts. Please email StudentServices@sou.edu to set your video face-to-face appointment and allow up to 48 business hours to set up a web meeting.
