Medical, Safety, and Special Concerns

Teachers will keep all medical forms and medications with them for the duration of the program.  Please ensure that they are aware of any medical, safety, or other special concerns.  If your child requires special accomodations, please coordinate with us via your child's teacher.

Chaperones

Chaperones

Thank you so much for volunteering to chaperone.  Fall in the Field could not happen without your help.  Please bring the same items for yourself listed above under 'Packing Lists'. Below is information you'll need for each location.

Deer Creek Center (DCC)

While at DCC, chaperones will not only help counselors guide students through the program, but they will also help prepare meals and oversee overnight supervision in yurts.  We will also rely on you to ensure each group's safety.  We ask that while you are at DCC, you keep phone usage and photo taking to a minimum so that you can help us maintain a safe environment.

Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument (CSNM) and Ashland Pond

While at CSNM, you will help us guide students through the day's lessons.  We will also rely on you to ensure each group's safety.  We ask that while you are at CSNM/Ashland Pond, you keep phone usage and photo taking to a minimum so that you can help us maintain a safe environment.
