The MSWord forms provided on this University Policies web site include macros for spell checking.
Depending on your MSWord Option settings you may be prompted to "Enable Macros" when you open the forms. Optionally you may see a security warning in the Message Bar (the area below the ribbon and above the document text) which has an Options button allowing you to enable macros in the form.
Note: Enabling the macros within these form will not affect your security settings for other MSWord docs. To do that you must change your macro security settings globally by going to the Trust Center within MSWord Options.
Once enabled, the spell check macro is invoked by pressing the F8 key.
