Dr. Condon is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and an affiliated faculty in Healthcare Administration. His research centers on two main areas of scholarship: first, Dr. Condon examines the impact of meditation on social processes and emotion regulation—including compassion and prosocial behavior. Second, he examines the contributions of psychological science to modern meditation programs in dialogue with Buddhist philosophy. At SOU, Dr. Condon teaches Health Psychology, Sustainable Compassion, Stress Management, History of Psychology, General Psychology, Writing & Research, and Statistics.
