Office Hours for Summer Term (June 9 to September 1)
The OLLI office, located at 655 Frances Lane in Ashland, is open for walk-ins Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Pacific Time.
Help is also available by email (olli@sou.edu), or by phone (541-552-6048) Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
OLLI will observe an administrative closure while staff is at their annual retreat:
Wednesday, August 9, and Thursday, August 10
Voicemail and emails will be checked but responded to at a slower rate.
OLLI will be closed on these Summer holidays:
Juneteenth, Monday, June 19
Independence Day, Tuesday, July 4
Labor Day, Monday, September 4
SOU Holidays and Closures
OLLI offices are closed on SOU holidays and when there is inclement weather that closes the university. For confirmation of a weather-related closure, visit the home page of the SOU website at inside.sou.edu or call 541-552-7672. The campus will be open unless there is a recorded message stating otherwise.
