Our help desk can assist with account, wireless, and other issues. We even provide limited support for you personal equipment problems:

The IT Helpdesk is located on the first floor of the Main Computer Lab building. You can find it on the campus map.

Faculty and Staff

Your Computing Coordinator is your single point of contact for technology assistance. Your Coordinator will provide you with professional, knowledgeable, and timely assistance for all your IT needs.

How to contact your Computing Coordinator:

  1. Call or email them directly.

  2. Submit a help ticket through our Help Desk system.

If your Computing Coordinator is unavailable or for after-hours assistance, call the IT Helpdesk at 541-552-6900, email helpdesk@sou.edu, or submit ticket by logging in at https://support.sou.edu.

Immediate response for classroom issues is available from the Classroom Hotline at extension 541-552-8900 or through your Computing Coordinator.
