Business Services Central plans and operates the University’s comprehensive financial programs including financial accounting, analysis, and reporting. Our department provides customer-driven services to students, campus departments, and the SOU community. We ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and business policies, processes, records, and their transaction systems.
Business Services supports university compliance with federal and state mandated programs, regulations and policies. We are a collaborative organization that strives to consistently provide effective and efficient service and support to the university.

Service Center Offices are housed on the main floor of Susanne Homes Hall, which is located just south of the Hannon Library between the Library and Indiana Street.

Reporting Financial Irregularities: Southern Oregon University is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We are committed to an environment of open, honest communication. Please feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. Refer also to the SOU Internal Audit.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this third party hotline, Ethics Point, to "Submit a Report" of suspected criminal, unethical, or wasteful financial activities.
