- Go to PEBBEnroll.com to elect 2024 benefits online (open for re-enrollment October 1st through 31st):
- Paper forms may be completed and submitted to HR within the month of October (HRS@sou.edu or digitally upload documents to the HR Secure Inbox).
- Go to your medical provider's member portal to complete the HEM (Health Engagement Model) health questionnaire:

HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR + FLU SHOT CLINIC - TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 10 AM - 2 PM
HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR
The annual Health & Wellness Fair will be back in person this year it will be held on Tuesday, October 17, from 10 am to 2 pm in Stevenson Union's Rogue River Room. Health, wellness, and retirement providers will be in attendance and available to discuss their programs with employees. In addition to the Health & Wellness Fair, PEBB will be hosting a virtual benefits fair that will run through October 31, with events held throughout the month of October, including live Q&A sessions with PEBB and on-demand resources from plan providers. FLU SHOT CLINIC
A Flu Shot Clinic will also be held during the Health & Wellness Fair. Flu shots are administered on a first-come-come-first-serve basis and employees will need to review the below-linked flu shot documents and bring the completed consent form and a copy of their medical ID card (front and back) to the clinic.

ASIFLEXFLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS |
The State of Oregon offers pre-tax spending programs you can use to save money. The Health Care Flexible Spending Account is a PEBB-sponsored benefit program that allows you to use pre-tax money to pay for certain out-of-pocket medical, vision, and dental expenses, and now certain over-the-counter items. Enrolling in the Health Care FSA can lead to savings of up to 40% on each dollar that is set aside for medical expenses you are going to incur anyway. The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows you to save on child or elder care expenses (e.g. babysitting, daycare, in-home care for an older dependent incapable of self-care). Flexible spending account participants can file claims via the free mobile app, online by signing into your account, or by fax at 877-879-9038. Please also consider signing up for direct deposit and electronic communications via email or text as this will also reduce paper usage and wait times.
