We will be offering these one-time, no fee, extended sessions (at least 90 minutes) from now until the end of May. Interested clients can call the center (541-346-0923) and request a relationship check-in session. We will then schedule for the following week, if not sooner. All sessions are telehealth and are available for anyone in Oregon. We know that the pandemic has meant significant stressors and we want to be of support. We look forward to helping folks check in about what is going well and what support they may need given all the current challenges. All relationship types, families, parent/child relationships are welcome. Participants may learn new things about themselves and/or their loved ones. No commitment is necessary, as this service is meant to provide participants a chance to "check-in" without feeling committed to long term therapy. We can, though, set up longer term services should that be of interest. Join us for a free Zoom support group to begin the healing process. This group is open to all members of the Rogue Valley community. You may be: YOU ARE NOT ALONE It is by working together, supporting each other, and lifting each other up that we will overcome the challenges before us. Mondays and Wednesdays, starting Wednesday, September 23, 2020. The Zoom room will be open from 5:00 to 7:00 pm; you may join in at any time. Zoom meeting information is available by calling our office at 541-535-4133 or emailing us at support@phoenixcounseling.org.

Oregon Behavioral Health Support Line, in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, is an emotional support and resource referral line that can assist anyone who is struggling and seeking support. Callers do not need to be in a crisis to contact this line.
Many of us are juggling concerns about wildfires and smoke, COVID-19, political unrest, financial instability, and more, in addition to the everyday things we personally struggle with.
Disasters can leave us feeling increased anxiety, worry, anger, or depression. In these challenging times, we provide emotional support, mental health triage, drug and alcohol counseling, or just connection with a person who cares.
If you or a loved one is feeling worried, upset, or overwhelmed, give us a call. Our call counselor will listen, assess your needs, and problem-solve with referral to community services and resources if needed.
